Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account: your email (via Firebase Authentication), display name, handle, avatar, bio, and gamertag if you add one.
• Content: posts, comments, announcements, tickets, chat messages, follows, and blocks — stored in Google Firebase (Firestore).
• Moderation records: warnings, suspensions, and AI moderation reports, visible to realm staff.

Who can see what

• Profiles, posts, and announcements are visible to signed-in realm members only — nothing on this site is public.
• Tickets are visible only to you and staff (Moderator and above).
• Direct and group chats are visible to their members and to staff review only when Auri pauses a chat.

AI processing

Images you attach and text you post may be sent to an AI model (via OpenRouter) to check them against the Terms of Service before publishing. Chat excerpts may be reviewed the same way. This content is processed to make a moderation decision and is not used by us for anything else.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling data. The site uses Firebase for auth and data; their processing is covered by Google's privacy terms.

Removing your data

Want your account and content gone? Open a ticket or contact the Owner — we'll delete your profile and authored content.
